If you are about to buy a property for yourselves to live in when it is ready, but are nervous about how you might be able to find local builders and tradesmen, understand the language and locate the materials etc. that you need, then we can help with all of these with the additions of on-site project manager if required, plus an on-site security guard can be provided. Garden clearance can be arranged if necessary and the provision of all the necessary utilities.We ensure weekly updates on the work in progress, ongoing discussion as to the development of the property and land, with regular photo views.
With a view to properties purchased as a holiday home, all of the above services are still available, with the addition of further management tasks relevant to the renting out of the property as a holiday let. To assist with this, we can provide a range of client services that will allow you to provide a relaxing holiday experience for your clients. The range of services includes:

All or any of these services can be booked in advance so that everything is ready when your clients arrive. You can of course use these services yourself when you are visiting your property at any time.
